This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Lumina Technologies (“Lumina,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you interact with:

We may update this Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in law or our practices. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on the Site and update the “Last updated” date above. In some cases, we may also notify you by email or in-app message. Please review this Policy regularly, especially before you submit personal information to us. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
Children Under 18
Our products and services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. No one under 18 may provide any personal information on or through the Site.

VI. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES?
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

At this time, there is no universally accepted standard for responding to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Accordingly, our Site does

VII. HOW DO YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?

Authorized Agents
If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may:

verify your identity directly with you, to the extent allowed or required by law.

Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and the security of your information, we must be able to reasonably verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

We will endeavor to respond to your verifiable request within 45 days of receiving it. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you within the initial 45-day period and explain the reason for the extension.
Our response will, where applicable:

be provided through your Lumina account (if you have one), or by email or mail if you do not.
We will not require you to create an account solely to exercise your privacy rights.

Fees
We will not charge you a fee for a typical, good-faith privacy request. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act on your request if it is:

excessive,

repetitive, or
-
manifestly unfounded,
as permitted by applicable law. If we decide a fee is appropriate, we will tell you why and provide an estimate before completing your request.
VIII. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to:

maintain business and financial records;

comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations;
