If you need to change the address before dispatch, email recovery@lumina-tech.io with your order number and the correct details. Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.
Delivery Attempts, Signature & Safe Places

Carriers may require a signature for higher-value orders.

If no one is available, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold your parcel at a local facility.

We don’t recommend leaving parcels in “safe places.” If you choose this with the carrier, you accept responsibility for theft or weather damage.
Lost, Late, or Damaged Parcels

Late: Check the tracking link first; if there’s no movement for 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), contact us.

Lost: If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the parcel, check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24 hours; then email us.

Damaged: If your parcel or product arrives damaged, photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and the item and contact recovery@lumina-tech.io within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item goes out of stock after you order, we’ll email you with options: hold & ship together, partial ship, or cancel & refund that item.

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 ship same day. Otherwise, they ship the next business day. You’ll get a confirmation with tracking when it leaves our warehouse.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping above a threshold that varies by region and promotion. The most accurate rate (or free shipping) is shown at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
In many cases, USPS can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO. Some express services and heavy items may require a physical address.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?
Possibly. Import duties/taxes are set by your local authority and collected by the carrier on delivery. These are not charged by Lumina.
My order shows delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors and building staff and allow
24 hours in case of early scan. If still missing, email
recovery@lumina-tech.io and we’ll help investigate.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it quickly.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. After dispatch, rerouting may not be possible.
Will my skincare and devices ship together?
We try to ship together, but to speed delivery or due to inventory locations, items may ship separately with separate tracking.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We process orders Mon–Fri. Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.
