Extended Holiday Returns
Enjoy peace of mind this holiday season. Items purchased on lumina-tech.io from November 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027. All other terms in this policy apply.
Standard Free Returns
If you need to return an item purchased directly from Lumina, you can do so within 30 days of the date you received the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be in "like new" condition with all original packaging and accessories. Returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted. Lumina is unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.
Purchases of Lumina products from another retailer must be returned to that retailer in accordance with its policies.
Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns. Certain products may be excluded from free returns as noted on their product pages.
Returns without valid proof of purchase may be denied.
If a returned product does not meet our “like new” criteria, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund based on wear, damage, or missing parts.
Products bought in-store (if applicable) cannot be returned online.
Products that are damaged or defective may be returned pursuant to Lumina’s Limited Warranty.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Lumina’s discretion. Potential fraud or abuse, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may lead to rejection of future transactions or returns. Lumina may amend these terms at any time.
How do I initiate a return?
Before initiating a return, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service Team so we can provide personalized support and explore possible solutions.
After you initiate the return
You’ll be prompted to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once authorized, our team will provide instructions, including any necessary shipping labels and a Return Authorization (RA) document.
Please note:

Repackage your item(s) in the original box, including all accessories and packaging, and ship according to the instructions.

Include the RA document inside the package.

Keep your tracking information; we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

Please return your item within 14 days of requesting a return. If your return is not shipped within this time (or within the return window), your return request may expire.

Returns must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Only authorized returns will be processed.

Once marked delivered, please allow 10–15 business days for processing. Delays may occur during peak periods. You’ll receive an email once your return is processed.

Returned products are subject to inspection. If approved, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping/handling unless otherwise specified or required by local laws). Depending on your bank, funds may post within 1–2 billing cycles.

Smart Wearables & Devices (e.g., Lumina Q-Ring; future band/sleep/glucose devices): returnable within 30 days if in like-new condition with all accessories. Personalized/engraved devices are final sale unless defective.

Skincare: for hygiene and safety, unopened items are returnable within 30 days. Opened items are not eligible, except for a documented adverse reaction reported within 14 days of delivery (subject to review; may result in a refund or store credit).

Bundles/Promos: must be returned in full. Partial returns may be denied or prorated.

Accessories/Consumables: unused and in like-new condition within 30 days (opened consumables are final sale).

What is your exchange policy?
We’re unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time. Please return your item within 30 days (if eligible) and place a new order.
My item arrived incorrect or damaged—what should I do?

recovery@lumina-tech.io with your order number and a description/photos of the issue. We’ll help troubleshoot and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund pursuant to our warranty.
Can I return a ring if I chose the wrong size?
Yes—if it's in like-new condition and within 30 days, you can return it for a one-time free replacement in the correct size. Lumina will cover the shipping fee for this size exchange. Please note that size replacements are only offered once per order.
I had a reaction to a skincare product. Can I return it?
If you experience an adverse reaction, contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and photos. After review, we may issue a refund or store credit.
Do you cover return shipping?
No, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You'll receive return instructions when you contact us to initiate your return.
I bought from another retailer. Can Lumina process my return?
Please return the item to the original retailer per their policy. Lumina can assist with warranty issues directly.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is delivered and inspected, allow 10–15 business days for processing. Banks typically post refunds within 1–2 billing cycles.
Can I return part of a bundle?
Bundles must be returned complete. Partial returns may be denied or prorated at our discretion.
Are refurbished or final-sale items returnable?
Items marked Refurbished or Final Sale are not eligible for returns unless defective under the Limited Warranty.
Will duties/taxes be refunded?
Import duties/taxes are set by local authorities and are generally not refundable by Lumina. Replacement/service shipments may incur duties per local law.
